1. What is the Material of Your Products?

All of our products are made from high-quality 925 Sterling Silver.

  • Silver Products: We finish these with an additional layer of silver plating to extend their lifespan and maintain their shine.

  • Gold Products: These are crafted from Sterling Silver and finished with a high-quality, durable 14K micron plating.



DETAIL TO EXTEND PLATING LIFE:
 We apply our platings using a technically advanced process called micron plating to enhance durability. This thicker layer of plating provides extra protection against wear and tear, helping your jewelry maintain its original luster.

2. Does Silver Tarnish?

By nature, silver tends to tarnish over time when it comes into contact with air and various chemicals (especially sulfur compounds), forming a dark layer called silver sulfide on its surface. However, we apply an extra layer of silver plating to help prolong the life of your product and delay this process.


TIPS FOR LONG-LASTING USE AND CARE:
  • Care Cloth: You can regularly clean your jewelry gently with the special care cloth (typically microfiber or chemically treated) included with every order you receive.

  • Storage Conditions: Store your silver jewelry in its own box or small zip-lock bags to minimize air exposure. This significantly slows down the oxidation (tarnishing) process.

  • Avoid Chemicals: Strictly keep your jewelry away from perfume, hairspray, detergents, and chlorinated water (pool or sea). These chemicals accelerate tarnishing and damage the plating.

 Regularly wearing your silver jewelry helps it maintain its shine due to the natural friction created while you wear it. However, when you're not wearing it, you must store the item in its own box to prevent tarnishing.



3. Will the Gold Plating Fade?

All platings may lose their shine or fade over time due to exposure to external factors (sweat, friction, chemicals) and the natural wear process.

We use high-quality 14K micron plating to minimize this process. Micron refers to the plating thickness, which results in a more durable surface compared to standard plating.


TIPS TO EXTEND THE PLATING LIFE:
  • Keep Away from Water: Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or engaging in activities that cause heavy perspiration. Saltwater and chlorine can damage the plating.

  • The "Wear Last" Rule: Apply your perfume, lotion, and makeup first, and only put on your jewelry after these products have completely dried.

4. How Long Does it Take to Ship My Order?

The time required to dispatch your order to the cargo company may vary depending on the current workload, taking 4 to 10 business days, as specified on our website.

Once delivered to our contracted carrier, Yurtiçi Kargo, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Within Istanbul: 1 - 2 business days

  • Intercity: 2 - 3 business days

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will notify you via email about every stage of your order:

  1. Order Confirmation: An informative email will be sent once your payment is confirmed.

  2. Tracking: You will receive a separate notification email containing your tracking number once the shipping code is generated and your order has been handed over to the carrier. You can easily track your package using this code.

6. How Often Are Product Stocks Renewed?

Stocks for items marked "Sold Out" are typically updated within 3 to 5 weeks.


IMPORTANT NOTE:
 If a product you are looking for is not visible on our website, it generally means that the stock for that particular item will not be renewed. However, you can stay informed about restocks by using the 'Notify Me When Available' option on the product page to receive an email alert.

7. Can I Return the Products?

Yes, absolutely! You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Valid reasons for your return request include:

  • If the ring doesn't fit you or the size is incorrect.

  • If the product isn't what you imagined or you're simply not satisfied with it.

KEY RETURN CONDITIONS:

You can return the item provided that it meets these conditions:

  • It must be unused (never worn).

  • You must have kept the original packaging and all tags intact.
