If you want the wonder to keep arriving, you’ll simply come back and grab next month’s edition when it drops. Each dispatch arrives wrapped in mystery. Inside, you’ll find a handwritten note from us, a set of collectible stickers, postcards from wherever our imagination wandered that month, and a few small surprises we think a certified esora girl deserves.

Production & Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 4–10 business days.
Pre-order items require 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.
Once your shipping label is created, you will receive a confirmation email.
After your parcel is handed over to the courier, the tracking number will be sent to you by the shipping company.

Returns

If not, we are here to help.
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

We will provide a return code and instructions to send the item back.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and provide a repair or replacement when applicable.
