Production & Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 4–10 business days.
Pre-order items require 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.
Once your shipping label is created, you will receive a confirmation email. After your parcel is handed over to the courier, the tracking number will be sent to you by the shipping company.

Returns
We want your Esora piece to feel right for you.
If not, we’re here to assist.
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
To request a return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will send you a return code and instructions to ship your item back to us.
